All guests will require their own ticket and all children under the age of 16 will require an adult yoga partner to accompany them.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By attending Pawpals Puppy Yoga, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and interactions with animals, including but not limited to minor injuries, scratches, or allergic reactions.
You agree that Pawpals Puppy Yoga, its staff, affiliates, and animal partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation.

Health and Physical Condition:
You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in the class. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, you must consult your healthcare provider before attending.

2. Animal Interaction Guidelines

You agree to treat all animals with care and respect. You understand that animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and agree to follow the instructions of Pawpals staff at all times to ensure the safety of all participants and animals.

3. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless Pawpals Puppy Yoga cancels or reschedules a class.

4. Personal Belongings

Pawpals Puppy Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during the class.

5. Age Requirements

Pawpals Puppy Yoga Family classes are open to participants aged 6 and older.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
There must be one supervising adult for every four minors (ages 10–15) in attendance.
By purchasing tickets, the accompanying adult agrees to assume responsibility for the behavior, supervision, and safety of all minors under their care while in the studio.

7. Agreement to Terms

By registering for or attending a Pawpals Puppy Yoga class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement serves as a liability waiver and media release.
