Welcome to PawPals Puppy Yoga! By participating in our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before attending your session.
1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By attending PawPals Puppy Yoga, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and interactions with animals, including but not limited to minor injuries, scratches, or allergic reactions.
You agree that PawPals Puppy Yoga, its staff, affiliates, and animal partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation.
b. Health and Physical Condition:
You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in the class.
If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, you must consult your healthcare provider before attending.
2. Animal Interaction Guidelines
You agree to treat all animals with care and respect.
You understand that animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and agree to follow the instructions of staff to ensure the safety of all participants and animals.
3. Filming and Photography
a. Consent to Media Use:
PawPals Puppy Yoga reserves the right to film and photograph classes for promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to being included in any footage or photos, which may appear on our website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must notify the staff before the start of class.
4. Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless PawPals Puppy Yoga cancels or reschedules a class.
5. Personal Belongings
PawPals Puppy Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during the class.
6. Age Restrictions
Participants must be 16 years or older. Minors aged 12–15 may attend with a parent or guardian who also agrees to these terms.
8. Agreement to Terms
By registering for or attending a PawPals Puppy Yoga class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement serves as a liability waiver and media release.
